If your shipping address is outside these regions, note that your order will be shipped from the facility closest to you, in the countries listed above.
We fulfill and ship within 2-5 business days.
The estimated delivery time is as stated on the specific product page. However, it is only an estimate and not a guarantee.
We estimate shipping times for deliveries to your region based on our historical shipping data.
Shipping-related delays, such as failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or adverse weather, may increase the estimated shipping time. Nonetheless, we work hard with each order to meet our delivery estimates. We will keep you updated by email, every step of the way.
Printfinds' estimated delivery time (EDT) is our delivery time prediction. To calculate EDT, we use the following simple equation:
Estimated fulfillment(EFT)+ Estimated shipping(EST)= Estimated delivery time(EDT)
Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the shipping company and send you another email, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link and a tracking number. Click on that link to view the most recent information on the position of your package via our tracking page.
You may also log into your Printfinds Account and open the order, and click on tracking to follow the order using our tracking page.

We have a 30-day return policy.
That means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note we make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.
> Printfinds only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse.
> Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within the 30 days after the product has been received.
> Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds from Printfinds.
> Returns for size exchanges will be offered at your expense and our discretion. Please ensure you follow the specific size guides for products that require fitting.

We try to fulfill orders very quickly. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once you've hit 'Place Order' at checkout, this includes:
> Size changes
> Changing order items
> Delivery Address change
> Change in shipping methods
However, you have a 30-minute window to cancel your order, before production begins. You can do this by finding it in your confirmation email or in your account section and clicking the 'Cancel Order' button. Once this period has passed, the order cannot be cancelled.
Printfinds only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products and not for buyer’s remorse, unless cancellation comes before production begins. If you’re just getting cold feet, hang on until you receive your products, we think you’ll love them and if there is an issue with the order please Submit a ticket.
In most cases, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
